We are proud to announce Hope House Ireland as our Charity of the Year, and our hearts are fully in this mission because for us, it’s personal.

Softball in Northern Ireland lost one of its own to a tough battle with cancer, Jeremy Newlin. He wasn’t just a teammate or competitor; he was family. The toughest fighter we knew. His strength, resilience, and spirit inspired everyone who had the honour of knowing him, on and off the field.

In Jeremy’s memory, we are dedicating this season to raising vital funds and awareness for Hope House Ireland. A place that represents the kind of care and compassion that Jeremy deserved, and that so many others need.

Nestled on the peaceful shores of Islandmagee, Hope House provides free, short-term respite for people undergoing cancer treatment. It’s more than just a retreat, it’s a sanctuary. A warm, welcoming home where guests and their carers can rest, recharge, and find moments of calm.

Over the months ahead, we’ll be playing with Jeremy in our hearts and purpose in our actions. From games to fundraising events, our club is rallying together, not just for the love of the sport, but for a cause that touches so many lives in Northern Ireland.
