Rochdale and District Mind is an independent Charity run by local people, for local people meaning that every donation large or small given to us will help residents in our area.

We help anyone living Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale who have mental health problems by Psychological help, Support groups, Art and Creative sessions alongside our Compleat Cafe and Growth Project (Allotment). Donations are vital to us at this very difficult time and we are grateful for ANY donation large or small. Thank you for supporting us, we are very grateful.

Littleborough Ladies Circle is a modern, vibrant friendship club for women aged 18 to 45. We want to offer the best opportunity for young women to connect with each other, have a great time and give something back. This year our chair, Laura, has chosen to fundraise for our local Mind, who do amazing work in our borough for residents who need mental health and wellbeing support. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England, which is why services like Mind are so important to fund.

Our fundraising activities over the next year will include another makers market, a group hike challenge up Mt Snowdon, and our popular Christmas wreath workshops. We warmly invite you to join us in making a difference. Your generous donation will bring hope and healing to many within our community.
