Live for St Leonard's 2024

York’s homegrown music festival is returning between Friday 19th - Saturday 27th September, raising money for St Leonard’s Hospice.

Live for St Leonard's is a charity fundraising event, organised by York BID, as part of the York Food & Drinks Festival, featuring nine days of live music entertainment from stages based in Parliament Street and St Sampson’s Square. All live music shows are free to attend, taking place every evening between 5pm-9pm!

This event is held in aid of St Leonard's Hospice, and patrons are encouraged to give generously to this worthy cause. Staff and volunteers will be onsite and ready to collect cash and card donations. Last year, Live For St Leonard’s was successful in raising over £6,000, and since it first launched in 2021 has generated a fundraising total of nearly £21,000.
