RASA provides support and counselling to anyone impacted by sexual violence whether that violence is happening now, happened recently or happened a long time ago. We are a free, confidential, non-judgemental service and we will work to YOUR agenda as a priority.

Story

My brother and I are running the Liverpool half marathon in March to raise money for RASA Merseyside.

RASA is a professional counselling and support service dedicated to improving the mental and physical well-being of those affected by rape and sexual violence and any point in their lives.

It's hard to put into words the impact RASA has on those impacted by sexual violence - whether it be someone directly effected or the family that surrounds them. Providing a safe, non-judgemental space that supports them on their journey of healing and strength is so important and RASA does just that.

It breaks my heart that the government have underfunded the rising costs of this charity, forcing cuts to their services, including vital support for children and young people. RASA has had a profound impact on myself and my family’s life, and for the doors to close would be a devastation.

They need to raise £100,000 to keep their doors open and continue to change the lives of so many.

Any donation goes a long way - whether it be through myself and brothers fundraiser or through the RASA page directly.

Thankyou xx
