Migraine is the most common and disabling neurological disorder in the UK, which affects 1 in 7 people. The Migraine Trust is the only research and support charity for people affected by migraine in the UK. We fund and promote research, provide support and information, and campaign for change.

Story

I have had vestibular migraines for nearly 15 years. A lot more is known about them now than when I was first diagnosed. However, there's a still a lot of research needed and treatments to be more widely available for people. Especially for vestibular migraines which is commonly misunderstood.

This year I've had a migraine everyday and experience vertigo which affects my balance and vision. I am hoping to have my first vertigo free day in March.

Everyday in March I will get in the ice tub installed in my garden, come rain, snow or sunshine. The temperature ranges from 2-10 degrees.

If I manage to raise £20 Bre says she's going to get in too. (For those of you who don't know her - she's 12!)

Join me to raise money for this charity so that more can be done to help people who lives are hugely disrupted by migraines.
