On 23rd September 2023 I will be running Miles for Mind...31.069 of them to be precise, or 50 kilometres in new money!

I sadly lost my wonderful sister Naomi last year, and am so passionate about fundraising for local mental health charities, and raising awareness along the way - so please give generously to this worthy cause, and make all the early morning training runs worth it!
