One of my best ever friends, Eleanor ,or EAL as she signed her self died on 2nd December 2024, 10 weeks after being diagnosed with cancer of the gallbladder duct. It is relatively uncommon with 2 cases in 100,000 diagnosed annually in the USA, usually affecting people over the age of 65. Eleanor had none of the risk factors associated with contracting the disease. Her friends and family want to do their best to support AMMF, the only UK based charity that focuses on choloangiocarcinoma. I have written this small children's book called Jifi and Fiji's Big Day.
