As a lot of you will be aware im a huge fan of my bed :-) so i have decided to give it up for one night to sleep along side my team members outside our Swindon office for just one night in order to raise funds for Centrepoint Charity.

Last year, 118,000 young people across the UK faced homelessness. This is unacceptable.

That's why this February, alongside Newsquest colleagues across the country, i will be swapping my bed for a night on the floor to support Centrepoint's vital wraparound services, providing young people with the skills and support they need to build more independent futures.

Sleep Out does not intend to replicate homelessness, but instead aims to raise awareness and crucial funds for the thousands of young people who don't have a secure place to call home.

Together, we can say goodnight to youth homelessness.
