I’m raising money for North Devon Hospice in memory of my mum, Elizabeth "Liz" Layzell. The hospice was an incredible source of support for her throughout her journey. They didn’t just provide care—her hospice nurse, Abi, became a friend, confidant, coconspirator, and advocate, navigating the complexities of the healthcare system on her behalf and ensuring she always received the treatment and care she needed.
