St Albans Community Pantry (SACP) was born in 2020 with a vision of closing the loop between food waste and food insecurity. It is entirely volunteer run and led.

You may know I’ve been acting as bread buddy, distributing rescued bread that would otherwise go to landfill, into my local community. But the charity do just so much more.

At present they support over 500 people a week through food parcels, community fridge sessions and hot meals.

Your donations would be gratefully received and will go directly to helping them continue to provide these services to those in need in the local community.
