Our next Parish Wharf charity Spinathon will take place on Sunday 24th September from 1000-1430. Five awesome instructors have volunteered their time to teach 5 × 45-minute sessions.

We’re asking for a donation of £8 per session, you can do 1,2,3,4 or ALL 5, if you fancy the ultimate challenge!

So many of our lives are touched by cancer. This Spinathon is our way of fighting back, by contributing towards the vital research that will help more of our loved ones survive this horrible disease.
