We’re Cycling 355 km for Bristol Children’s Hospital over 3 days — Please Support Us!
This year, Pete and I (with the amazing support of Pete’s wife Jenny) are taking on a 355 km cycle from North Wales to Bristol Children’s Hospital — a place that means the world to me.
In 2009, just one week after my son Jack was born, he suddenly stopped feeding. Trusting my gut, I rushed him to the doctor — and thank goodness I did. A visiting doctor from Bristol Children’s Hospital happened to be at Musgrove that day and discovered Jack’s aorta was blocked. He needed emergency heart surgery.
Jack was rushed to Bristol, where he underwent a six-hour operation that saved his life. The care we received was incredible, and we will never forget it.
Fast forward to today — Jack is 14 years old, strong, and thriving. He works hard on our family farm when he isn’t at school, living proof of how powerful early intervention can be.
We’re cycling to raise funds so Bristol Children’s Hospital can keep providing life-saving care to children like Jack. Please help us say thank you — every donation, no matter how small, truly makes a difference.
Donate or share — and help us give back to the hospital that gave Jack his life.
Thank you!
