Story
This year, I'll be running the Manchester Half Marathon in full biker leathers to raise money for the North West Air Ambulance.
I'm doing this in loving memory of my younger brother, Josh, who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident last September at just 22 years old.
Josh was a kind, bubbly soul who brought laughter wherever he went. He was loved by so many, and his loss has left a huge hole in the lives of his family and friends. He is missed every single day.
Although we couldn't change the outcome, we take comfort in knowing that the North West Air Ambulance was there to provide expert care and support when it mattered most. We will always be grateful for everything they did.
The North West Air Ambulance is a charity that relies entirely on donations to keep saving lives. Every mission they fly is only possible because of the generosity of people who support their work.
By running 13.1 miles in biker leathers, I hope to honour Josh's memory while raising as much money as possible to help this incredible charity continue to be there for other families when they need it most.
Thank you so much for your support, no matter how big or small. Every donation makes a difference and means the world to me and my family.
