I'm going to continue walking when my health and the weather allows up until my next challenge on March 29th!

I am thrilled to be fundraising for Leukaemia UK by participating in a personal daily walk around Bramshall with my dog Scout!

What's the big deal, you say?

Well, since relapsing with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia a year ago, I have had so much intrathecal chemotherapy (the nasty stuff that goes in your spine to try to kill the cancer cells in your brain!) that I now have no feeling in my legs and feet due to irreversible spinal cord nerve damage. Therefore walking any distance at all is an incredible challenge for me but I'm aiming to do one mile a day!
