Me and my sister Charlotte are running the London Marathon 2025 to raise money for the PKD Charity. The PKD Charity is a UK-based organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). This charity is particularly close to our hearts as my sister, dad and I have PKD as well as other immediate family members. We carry the PKD gene which means our children have a 50% chance of developing the disease and by running The London Marathon we hope to raise as much money as we can to help support the work The PKD Charity does, providing information and support to patients and families affected by PKD, funding research into discovering possible treatments and raising awareness
