On March 24th 2024 I will be taking part in the Wolverhampton 10K to raise money for Compton Care.

Compton Care provides much needed specialist palliative and bereavement support and care to patients and their families living with an incurable illness, not only in their in-patient unit but also in patients own homes and through the Living Well Service. At Compton they believe that a patient’s condition shouldn’t limit their ability to enjoy life on their terms. All of their care is tailored to the patients’ needs and wishes and is free of charge so every penny donated ensures that this invaluable service can continue.
