Loads of Dough & a Baker is a team of five members of the Ardian London Finance and IT team. This year, we are taking on the Ardian Foundation Challenge to raise funds for Peeple. This is a three-week sporting fundraiser that brings teams together through running, walking, swimming, cycling, training, and plenty of team spirit!

Peeple is a charity that supports families by helping parents and carers give their children the best possible start in life through group sessions, home visits, and practical everyday programmes. The small moments between a parent and child make a bigger difference than most of us realise, and Peeple's work helps families make the most of them.
