Men United SCIO is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation dedicated to supporting men’s mental health and wellbeing. The group provides a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where men can come together, talk openly, and support each other through life’s challenges. Through peer support, community activities, and awareness-raising, Men United SCIO works to: Reduce social isolation among men. Encourage positive conversations around mental health. Promote resilience, confidence, and wellbeing. Challenge the stigma that often prevents men from seeking help. By fostering connection and understanding, Men United SCIO helps men build stronger support networks and access the help they need to live healthier, more fulfilling lives
