Shine provides specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff. Shine enables people to get the best out of life.

This is a charity close to Lois’s heart, shine have supported her family and are always there for help, advice and support when it’s needed.

Lois ran the London landmarks last year and this time as godmother of Lois’s children, Chloe has been dragged along for the ride.
