After spending a year enjoying the beautiful nature and getting to know some truly amazing people in Jamaica, it’s simply awful watching the destruction that had been brought about by hurricane melissa. Living in Britain, many of us don’t even consider the devastation that natural disasters can bring and after having such a wonderful experience there it feels wrong to not give back when people need it most. So, since sports played such a massive part in my year there, I’ve decided to run a half marathon next week to raise money for emergency aid. Please donate if you are able, any amount is appreciated.
