🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️LINCOLN 10k-RUNNING FOR LAYBOS LEGACY

on april the 12th i’ll be running the lincoln 10k to help raise money for laybos charity!

laybos legacy was set up after the heartbreaking loss of a close family friend of mine leighton hall to suicide in 2019. the charity do INCREDIBLE work supporting family’s who have lost loved ones by suicide by helping with funeral costs, something no mum, dad or family’s should have to worry about while going through such unimaginable grief.

they also work tirelessly to raise awareness around mental health and suicide, organising events such as laybos fest and many other fundraisers within the community.

i wanted to take this challenge with me and my friends as not only a personal achievement but also to support everyone who may be struggling with their mental health however big or small that may feel. none of us truly know what someone else is going through so kindness and understanding is important!
