SHP is IFF Research’s charity partner, and I’m excited to be fundraising alongside my lovely colleagues! I’ve been lucky enough to see the impact of SHP’s work first-hand through volunteering at a sports day, where their staff and supporters created such an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere.

Seeing this in action really brought home the important role SHP plays in supporting people and helping them build confidence, connection, and opportunities. Their work truly changes lives - any donations will be greatly appreciated!

Each day across all 32 London boroughs, SHP staff work with individuals to tackle the underlying causes of homelessness, such as poor mental health or drug and alcohol dependency.

Often that means them being there for people at a critical time whether to prevent their eviction or help them off the street; to get them into drug or alcohol treatment or support them with their mental health; or to help them find a job and a flat so that the so that they can take the final steps to living on their own.
