I’m running a half marathon to raise funds for Positive East, an incredible charity that has been supporting people living with and affected by HIV for over 30 years. Their work is more crucial than ever.

In today’s political climate, access to sexual health services and HIV support is under threat in many parts of the world. Stigma, funding cuts, and policy changes are making it harder for at-risk communities to get the care, education, and resources they need. But no one should have to fight for basic healthcare.

Positive East provides vital HIV testing, prevention, and support services, ensuring that people—especially those in marginalized communities—get the help they deserve. Every pound you donate goes towards keeping these services free and accessible to those who need them most.

I believe that everyone should have the right to sexual health care, free from stigma and barriers, and would love some support big or small.
