Story
I’m cycling from London to Paris to raise money for Nordoff and Robbins, a charity that provides music therapy that can transform lives. They work with people living with disability, illness or facing isolation to realise their potential through music. We’ve all felt music’s potency, how it unlocks feelings and memories and brings us together. It’s a universal language and a form of communication.
This cause is incredibly personal to me, as I’ve seen firsthand the power of music therapy. My son has autism and has benefited from music therapy at his special needs school. Music has become a vital part of how we interact and communicate with him. It's amazing to see how music can break down barriers and bring about meaningful connections. I've witnessed how music therapy helps children and adults alike express themselves, build confidence, and find joy in ways words alone often fail.
Nordoff and Robbins does incredible work and if you can, please support me on this journey - every mile I ride and every pound you give will help bring the power of music to those who need it most.
Thank you for your generosity and you support of this ride which will be incredibly challenging and it is the first challenge I have done since 2014 - it will be a long 3 days and 300 miles in the saddle - all ride costs have been paid by me personally so 100% of your donation goes to Nordoff & Robbins
