It's time to raise some more money for this amazing charity...with a promise attached!

My son Jack (16) & I will be taking on the London to Brighton Bike Ride this year, with the infamous Ditchling Beacon thrown in for good measure. Huge thanks to Vicki for driving us to the start line at Clapham Common before heading onto Brighton to meet us at the finish.

Vicki is keen to get more involved this time in addition to being the driver, so to make the fundraising challenge a little more interesting, she & I have promised to be GUNGED with cycling-themed slimey goop if we reach various milestones:

£250 raised - I'll suffer the punishment

£500 raised - Vicki gets the gunge

£1000 raised - We both get covered

£2000 raised - A vote will be taken for you to choose the outfits we wear!

The Foundation has around 2,000 youngsters at the moment, waiting for their wishes to come true. Sacrifice a takeaway this month, freeze your gym membership, do whatever you can to help us reach our target and bless this amazing charity and the incredible kids they support.

Any donations of vaseline and thick pants will also be extremely welcome!
