London-Bristol walk · 10 February 2024

Of nearly 27.1 million refugees, around half are under 18. Often fleeing with little or nothing, they face unknown challenges on their journey to safety. This campaign raises awareness of this crisis while raising funds where the need is greatest.

Story

Between the 10th and the 14th of February, Eli Nelson and I will be walking just over 100 miles, from Hampton Court station to Bristol Temple Meads, camping out along the way.

We'll be raising money for those for whom the choice to walk is not a holiday pastime but a response to political, economic and environmental crises.

Tearfund work across more than 50 countries, supporting local partners who offer both emergency crisis relief and long-term efforts to address the structural causes of global poverty.
