Thank you for your support with my 2025 London Marathon JustGiving challenge!

After running my first half in 2018 I really got the running bug. Fast forward to 2020, I was due to run the Edinburgh marathon but then covid hit! I ran a "virtual" marathon that year and fell out of love with running. I always said the only way I'd attempt 26.2 miles again was if it was in London. I've been given the opportunity to run this once in a life time event so need lots of support to get my mojo and fitness back.

I have chosen to run for The NSPCC. "The NSPCC is the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening. Every child deserves the best possible chance to rebuild their life after abuse That’s why we’re here. That's what drives all our work. And that’s why – as long as there’s abuse – we will fight for every childhood."
