Every 10 seconds, a Samaritans volunteer answers a call for help from someone struggling. For 60 years, Harrow Samaritans has been part of that lifeline — but we can only stay on the line with your help.

We rely 100% on the generosity of the public to keep our branch running and our 90 volunteers answering the phones. Suicide is preventable, but we need your help to be there in time.
