I'm proud to be joining #TeamARUK in the 2026 Dublin Marathon!

My life and that of my family has been impacted beyond what we ever thought possible by Alzheimer’s. It is a cruel progressive disease where we needed to watch our loved ones loose parts of themselves every day and there was nothing that we could do about it.

That is why I have chosen to run Dublin Marathon to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK, the UK’s leading dementia research charity.

I live in hope that the money I raise will help to find out more about this disease and hopefully help find a cure or even better a way to prevent dementia.

I would really appreciate your support, no matter how big or small a donation it will help this worthwhile cause.

When I talk about my experiences with Dementia it sadness me to learn that it is not unique. I don’t think I know anyone who hasn’t been impacted by this disease in some way.
