Having recently experienced how they provide dedicated care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their families, in their inpatient beds and in the community continues to be their primary focus, and they need to raise £11 million this year to do this.

The support my family received and care given to my sister during her short illness was amazing so I’m doing this in memory of my fabulous sister Teresa, who I know she would say I’m nuts, but if she was here would be my first cheerleader and contributor 🥰
