Story
I am pushing myself entirely out of my comfort zone and doing this amazing trek in memory of my Dad who had prostate cancer and died in 2019. Katherine House hospice was a charity which helped him and he in return helped them by volunteering at there events through his love of Raynet.
Visiting China has always been a bucket list country for me to visit and to be able to raise money for a fabulous cause whilst trekking makes it feel even more special.
The week we are trekking will mark 7 years since my Dad was taken by the terrible disease.
I greatly appreciate any donation which you can make to help this amazing charity and fulfill my dreams of trekking China on his 7th year anniversary.
Katharine House relies heavily on the local community to help fund the hospice. It costs £14,539 per day to run Katharine House Hospice. Your donation will not only help to fund the clinical costs at the hospice, but also all the extra services that make it such a special place – from bereavement support to art therapies, from relaxation classes to the hospice food and so much more.
Please help ensure this fantastic hospice is here for many years to come.
