I am excited to share that ILorraine & Danny will be participating in a 24-hour wild swim relay event from Saturday, 20th September to Sunday, 21st September. Our team of six will take turns swimming for one hour in rotation, all in support of an incredible cause.

We are raising funds for IPSUM, a charity dedicated to addressing vital issues such as mental, psychological, and emotional health. They work tirelessly to combat loneliness and isolation while promoting self-esteem and encouraging an active lifestyle. Through a variety of therapeutic interventions including Talking Therapies, Music, and Art, IPSUM is making a positive change in the lives of many.
