Story

Lost Earth Adventures are supporting Edale Mountain Rescue Team by running a charity abseil at Millers Dale Viaduct in the Peak District on 16th March 2024.

We are providing the staff and the equipment free-of-charge and all you have to do in return is raise at least £50 in sponsorship, turn up and jump off the viaduct! It's not too late to book your space, follow the link to get involved! https://www.lostearthadventures.co.uk/blog/chairty-abseil-edale-mountain-rescue/

Edale Mountain Rescue Team runs entirely from charitable donations, and it is the generosity of the general public that allows them to continue the important work they do. It costs around £80,000 per year to keep the team operational.

In 2023, Edale team members were involved in 147 incidents throughout Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.
