💧7 Day Fast for Two Saints💧

Help support Natalie, Gary, Danny and Lauren on their 7 day fast to raise much needed money for a wonderful cause - Two Saints Ltd who are trying to raise £30k by April for their shelter in Southampton.

At Two Saints the vision is to give people who are homeless, vulnerable or in need of support the opportunity to build a brighter future. Their mission is to provide safe, flexible and reliable client led housing and support services that focus on reducing homelessness, improving health and wellbeing and building on individual’s skills and resilience.

We will be going without any solid food and consuming just water, electrolytes and black tea/coffee for 7 days from 31st January - 7th February. We will still be coaching, working and going about our usual activities so be sure to ask us how we are getting on when you see us around Lee on Solent Tennis and Squash Club! We will also be hosting a Bingo Night on 6th March so be sure to get your tickets to help us further fundraise and have a great fun night!

The Day Centre in Southampton is a lifeline to the clients in the area, offering them somewhere to shower, have something hot to eat and drink, do their laundry, visit the GP and dentist, and access all our support services. Clients can access healthcare, learn practical life skills, keep clean and well, and feel supported by their community.

However, costs continue to rise and they need to achieve the £30k target by April to ensure the service is sustainable.
