I am proud to be taking part in The CiaO Foundation's Sponsored Walk & Wheelchair Challenge 2026 to raise vital funds for our CiaO grants.

The CiaO Foundation provides direct aid, practical support, and critical encouragement to individuals living with physical and mental disabilities, helping them overcome severe challenges.

As a trustee of the charity, I have seen first-hand the life-changing difference these grants make. Because I work closely with our recipients, I know exactly how far every single donation goes. This cause is close to my heart, and your support means a lot to me.

This year, a significant proportion of the funds raised will provide much-needed equipment for the Weir Archer Academy, where disabled athletes receive expert coaching and training to reach their highest potential.

On Sunday 4th October, I'll be taking part in this challenge alongside many other supporters to help make a real difference. The 15 mile walk will start and finish at Oaken Grove Vineyard, between Henley and Marlow. The routes will take us through woodland, beautiful countryside and along the River Thames near Henley.

Meanwhile, wheelchair athletes and previous grant recipients will take on a similar challenge nearby, at the Little Marlow athletics track.
