Lottie's London Marathon 2025 for The PSP Association

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
I cannot believe I am saying these words… I will be running the London marathon in April. All for a very special cause, in memory of my lovely Grandpa. As many of you know my grandfather was diagnosed with PSP a few years ago and sadly lost his battle in February this year. His diagnosis was late, following years of testing and mis-diagnosis.
PSP is a rare progressive neurological condition that is currently often misdiagnosed due to the lack of a definitive test and many overlapping symptoms.
I am so honoured to be running for PSPA, to create further awareness of the condition, and to aid diagnosis and treatments for people like my Grandpa.
I would be forever grateful if you could donate whatever you can and follow my journey from 5k to 42.195… omg. Also, very importantly, all with the very generous help of Jon Durrant training who is making sure these legs get me through.
PSPA is a national charity providing support and information to people living with PSP and CBD, while funding research into treatments and ultimately a cure. They aim to improve the lives of everyone affected by PSP and CBD and rely entirely on voluntary donations.
