Izzie and I are running a half marathon for Tender!

We're taking on this challenge to support my mum's incredible charity called Tender, which works to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence. Tender's arts-based approach equips children, young people and adults with the skills and knowledge to recognise unhealthy relationships, build healthy ones and seek support.

After watching Netflix's new series 'Adolescence', it's clear just how vital Tender's work is. Many young people are left without the skills and understanding to challenge harmful content emphasising why Tender's work in schools is so important. Children and young people can be protected from becoming victims or perpetrators - preventing domestic abuse for the next generation.
