The Children’s Cancer Unit Charity supports the Children’s Cancer Unit at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children, funding vital treatment, specialist staff training, and essential support for families who travel from all across Northern Ireland.

This Christmas, Loud Mouth Media are fundraising for The Children's Cancer Unit Charity’s Build-A-Bear Appeal. In mid-December, Santa and his elves will visit the children’s cancer ward to deliver special gifts. Every child will receive their own Build-A-Bear and will get to choose an outfit for their new friend. Donations to the Build-A-Bear Appeal will help cover the cost of the bears and their outfits.
