Story
On the 20th June, I’m doing 5,000 push ups in 12 hours to raise money for Olly’s Future, a national suicide prevention charity.
Olly’s Future was set up in memory of Oliver Hare, who died by suicide aged 22 in 2017. His family and friends founded the charity to equip people with the skills and confidence to talk to someone they’re worried about.
Olly’s Future provides evidence-based, CPD-accredited training to more than 10,000 people across the UK and worldwide. Their programmes help young people, communities, professionals and workplaces build the confidence and competence to talk to someone about suicide.
Every pound you donate helps them deliver training to more people, whether that’s students, NHS staff, workplaces, or communities across the UK.
