On the 11th June this year marked 10 years since the passing of Reza, a beloved father and friend to those who knew him. His son Nick is a dear friend of mine, and I remember his tragic passing and how it devastated Nick and his family.

In honour of his memory me, Nick and whoever else wants to join, will be running 10K to commemorate his 10 year anniversary.

We'll be running but you can choose to cover 10K in distance by cycling or walking if you prefer. The important thing is that we all come together and show our love and support to the Sadeghian's and participate for a great charity. You can bake 10 cakes, knit 10 things..."tenaything"

The route hasn't been decided yet but we will most likely start and finish in Bushey, Hertfordshire on Saturday 31st August.
