Story
In the UK alone, more than 385,000 new cases of cancer are diagnosed each year - over 1,000 every day.
Like many others, my fiancee and I have experienced the impact cancer can have. I want to support Cancer Research UK in funding vital research to improve prevention, treatment, and survival rates. Their groundbreaking work includes developing new treatments, advancing early detection methods, and supporting vital clinical trials to improve outcomes for those affected.
To help raise funds, I will be completing the Shropshire Olympic Triathlon on Sunday 31st August 2025. The event consists of a 1.5km outdoor swim, 40km cycle and 10km run. Any donations you are able to give would be hugely appreciated personally, and massively impactful to the work of Cancer Research UK.
