Right if you know me this is miles out of my comfort zone, but time to step up and take part in something challenging to see how far I can push myself, if I can raise money for charity whilst doing that then happy days.

The charity I’m choosing has helped many men who has struggled with addiction, everyone reading this has either struggled with addiction or knows someone who is struggling with some sort of addiction. I’m also choosing this charity as it helped a close friend over come addiction who sadly passed away early this year.

Any donations or even a share will help out massively.
