Hi everyone,

As most of you know my little girl elsie was born on the 4th of April 2023 and she was diagnosed with down syndrome during my partners pregnancy, she has brought so much love and joy in to mine and my family's life's and I feel privileged to have a daughter with the most amazing super power in the world and that's an infectious smile and laugh that brightens up anyone's day who has the pleasure of meeting her she really is the therapy we all need in our life's and for this reason I am going to be running the London landmark marathon on the 6th of April 2025, I will bet getting straight in to training to give me the best chance of completing the marathon in a good time to make my little girl proud it's the least I owe her for changing my life,
