Louis's fundraiser for Endometriosis UK

Louis Robb is raising money for Endometriosis UK

adidas Manchester Marathon 2027 · 18 April 2027 · Start fundraising for this event

Over 1.5 million in the UK have endometriosis and the impact of the disease is for some devastating, yet diagnosis takes on average 8 years. With your donations we are turning this around, raising awareness, providing support and information, supporting research, and campaigning for change.

Story

In 2027, I'll be running the Manchester Marathon in support of Endometriosis UK.

I’m taking on this challenge because I’ve seen first-hand the impact endometriosis can have after my girlfriend was diagnosed last year. Watching her navigate the daily challenges of this condition has made me want to do something positive to support her and others affected. By running this marathon, I hope to raise awareness and help fund the vital work of Endometriosis UK.

Endometriosis affects millions of people, yet it is still widely misunderstood, and many wait years for a diagnosis. The work that Endometriosis UK does—raising awareness, providing support, and campaigning for better care—is incredibly important.

Training for a marathon will be a huge challenge, but it feels small compared to what so many people living with endometriosis face every day.

If you're able to, I'd be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter the size. If you can't donate, sharing this page would mean just as much.

Thank you for supporting me, Anya, and everyone affected by endometriosis.
