Story
Muscular Dystrophy is a condition that affects thousands of people worldwide, including my Uncle and Grandmother. It is a genetic condition that causes muscles to become weaker over time, making everyday activities increasingly difficult.
When I was younger, I used to watch my Dad complete the London Marathon whilst raising money for MDUK. Growing up, I've always been inspired by his efforts, even more so after my Uncle sadly passed away from this condition. This cause has motivated me to try and make a difference.
By supporting my fundraising, you'll be helping MDUK to continue vital research, provide support and improve the lives of those living with Muscular Dystrophy. Now, I've decided to follow in my parents' footsteps in raising awareness and fundraising for this meaningful cause by running the London Marathon.
Thank you for all of the support.
