Story
❤️ Why I’m taking on the 24HR Padel Marathon for Alzheimer’s Society UK ❤️
A few years ago, I lost my grandad to dementia. He was an incredible man — not just my grandad, but one of my best friends. I have so many memories growing up with him, spending time together watching every sport possible: football, golf, darts… you name it, we watched it. Those moments meant everything to me.
He was always supportive of my dreams and my sporting ambitions. He believed in me, encouraged me, and was someone I could always turn to. I often think about how proud he would be to see what I’ve achieved today.
Over the last few years, padel has become my passion and my job. It’s an amazing sport that brings people together, creates friendships, and challenges you every day. Taking on this 24-hour marathon feels like the perfect way to combine something I love with a cause that means so much to me.
I’m doing this in memory of a great man, to support a wonderful charity, and to help make a difference for families affected by dementia.
Every hour, every point, and every donation counts.
❤️ Let’s do this ❤️
