Story
Hello everyone,
Rob and (my good friend) Neil here. We’ve decided to do this year’s Santa Dash… although those that know us will realise that the word “dash” is a word not often heard in the same sentence as our names. It’s a bit of fun but we’d also like to raise a bit of money for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. So, if you can give a bit of money, even it’s just a couple of pounds, it will help support the fantastic work that they do throughout the year… and you’ll get to see us look like idiots for a couple of hours.
Thanks, Rob and Neil.
Hospice of the Good Shepherd provides its services free of charge to its patients and costs £5.6 million to run each year with just 17% of the funding received coming from statutory sources. The remaining 83% is raised from a range of fundraising activities and the support of the generous local community in Cheshire.
