I’m a little late to the party with this but life’s been lifing, I would really love to beable to help this cause in any way I can, and doing my own walk of light seemed only right.

You never realise the impact or even think about the impact of cancer until it hurtles into your life and affects you, my family’s life has been blown apart with a blood cancer diagnosis back in January but thankfully due to exceptional research and progress in medicine the prognosis is positive and we have had the words “we are treating to cure” which were the best words I have ever heard. The teams involved in the care we have received have been outstanding and as my amazing man continues his fight and battle through treatment and his journey, I want to do what I can do to help and if dragging my dodgy bones out for a sponsored walk is one way I can contribute then that’s what I will do.

Saturday 29th at 6:45pm myself, my daughter and our 2 beautiful big doggy’s will be doing a 10km sea-life to the spa and back walk of light for our incredible Benny!

Anything that you can donate would mean so much, every little helps and in this case it goes towards incredible research. Beating blood cancer is in sight but they need the funding for research to get there.
