I have ran 1 marathon before and thought why not challenge myself to running a 50 miler?! Especially for a great cause. When I was a single mum and my house got repossessed I was fortunate to have family to support me and the kids so we would not end up homeless, but other single parent families are not so lucky. The Gingerbread Centre help to accommodate the vulnerable and the most disadvantaged people.
