Story
Receiving an end-of-life diagnosis can be a profoundly challenging experience, not only for the patient but also for their loved ones. At Weston Hospicecare, our dedicated team of palliative care experts is committed to providing compassionate support during these difficult times. We understand that the journey through illness encompasses social, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical dimensions. Our holistic approach ensures that individuals and families receive the guidance they need as they navigate one of life’s most trying experiences.
However, we face a significant challenge. With only 20% of our funding coming from the NHS, we must raise £5.5 million each year to sustain our vital services. This is where you can make a difference. By supporting Louise who is participating in the upcoming Wingwalk event on June 29th, 2025, you can help us continue to provide essential care to those who need it most.
We invite you to join us in this personal challenge and support Weston Hospicecare. Your contribution will directly impact the lives of patients and their families during their most vulnerable moments. Together, we can ensure that no one faces this journey alone.
